Many Styles and Types of parts washing baskets are available. Small rectangular baskets, round parts baskets, and square parts cleaning baskets with and without latching lids. Various mesh sizes to prevent small parts from sliding through mesh baskets.
The round parts washer baskets have diameters from 27 inches to 50 inch diameter.

RATCHET STRAPS

To hold the Parts Washing baskets on the turntable use ratchets straps. Ratchet straps are 2 " wide and made with polyester material. Polyester is resistant to stretching under heat and water. Nylon straps will not work because the nylon absorbs water and will stretch during the cleaning process.

PAINT & CHIP SCREEN BASKETS

All solution returning to the wash solution reservoir pass through the chip basket strainer.  Standard 5/64 diameter holes in the perforated stainless steel strainer catch chips, metal fines, gaskets, paint and other debris before it can enter the wash reservoir.  Extends solution life and adds an additional level of protection to the wash nozzles and pump passages.  Baskets are easily removed with attached handles and debris dumped out into waste bins. Optional finer perforations available.

AIRCRAFT WHEEL WASHING FIXTURE

Many Wheel Washing Fixtures models available. Wheel washing fixtures securely support and optimally position Aircraft wheels for fast aqueous cleaning in a MART parts washer.
