 PART WASHER DETERGENT PK V GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Power-Kleen V is a 100% active concentrated cleaner designed specifically for high pressures washing of Aluminum, Iron, Steel and all Multi-metals. It is very effective at a range of temperatures for cleaning new manufacturer parts, synthetic products (oils and grease), unique soils (tree sap) and applications with high rinseability requirements. Power Kleen V is safe for use on all metals, rubber or plastics requiring no extra steps for most applications.

PARTS WASHER DETERGENT APPLICATION GUIDELINES for Power Kleen V

Power-Kleen V is designed for use at low concentrations in your parts washer:

• Washing light soils / High Rinsing      9.0 oz/gal to 11.0 oz/gal
• Washing heavier soils                           10.0 oz/gal to 12.0 oz/gal
• Tree Sap Removal                                  9.0 oz/gal to 11.0 oz/gal
• Useable temperature range 140° - 175º. Higher temperatures increase effectiveness.
• Incoming Fresh Water Quality              0-50 ppm Total Hardness

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

For StingRay / MART Parts Washers: Open and secure the Parts Washer door. Carefully and slowly pour the appropriate amount of detergent per gallon of water over the door frame and through the expanded metal internal reservoir cover in the parts washer. Close the parts washer door and start the pump to mix the detergent.

For all other cleaning equipment: Add chemical carefully and as instructed by the parts washer manufacturer. Avoid “dumping” of chemical directly into parts washer reservoir. Violent exothermic (heat released) reactions, splashing of heated chemical solutions and the premature release of fumes may occur. If chemical must be added to the solution, slowly pour chemical into solution while continuously mixing.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Avoid contact with chemical and solution. Avoid inhaling fumes. Wear eye protection and gloves when handling chemicals. Instructions can also be found on the Power-Kleen V label, MART Tech Services Website or reference either the StingRay Parts Washer or MART Power Washer Operating Manual.
